QI GONG ONLINE

You can now practise with us from the comfort of your home. There are two programmes available - Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

All videos and audios are available for download from a dedicated link. You can purchase a single month, a part of the programme or the whole programme at any time.

Please please email stringofpearlstaichi@icloud.com or larainetucker@icloud.com for further details.

No previous experience is necessary when joining Qi Gong programme but regular practice is recommend in order to reap all the full benefits of Qi Gong practice and work towards its full potential.

The Qi Gong programme has been designed with certain continuity and progression in mind.

Although individual lessons and modules are trainings in their own merit we would always advise you to follow the programme from the beginning so you do not miss any important aspects or stages of the training.

ONE MONTH release = ONE MODULE; each module has four or five lessons corresponding with four or five weeks of the month in which it was originally released.

There is no timescale in the Qi Gong Lessons as most of the learning in Qi Gong and Nei Gong happens in circular rather than linear way. You can purchase additional modules at any time.
