The Qi Gong programme has been designed with certain continuity and progression in mind. We would always advise you to follow the programme from the beginning so you do not miss any important aspects or stages of the training.
Qi Gong Practice requires certain patience, regular practice and open mind; there is no rush and there is no timescale as most of the learning in Qi Gong and Nei Gong happens in circular way rather than linear way. This means that one aspect, one principle or one exercise needs to be explored over and over to access different facets, details and subtle transformations. Very often one exercise will include several external and internal aspects that need to be explored individually before you start integrating them into the complex exercise form.
IN THE FUTURE WE WOULD LIKE TO FURTHER EXPLORE THE FOLLOWING AREAS :
PREREQUISITE AND MAINTENANCE EXERCISES
HOW TO MOBILISE AND STABILISE SKELETAL STRUCTURE, JOINTS AND IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT POSTURE
LOOSENING AND LENGTHENING PRINCIPLES
NATURAL STRENGTH, SUPPLE STRENGTH
REGULATION OF BREATH - REVERSE BREATH, FOUR GATES BREATHING;
TAIJI BALL QI GONG
ENERGY AND STRENGTH BUILDING QI GONG - APPLICATIONS OF EXTERNAL ELIXIR / WAI DAN
NOURISHING YIN AND JING (ESSENCE), PROBLEM OF ENERGY DEFICIENCY, NOURISHING QI AND JING.
